Retainment and team growth accountabilities:
We expect this part to be 60 - 70% of your job

  • Building and optimizing a context in which people can thrive, feel good, and grow.
  • Creating the formats for and coordinating performance and evaluation talks
  • Managing, optimizing, and implementing the Made onboarding and off-boarding journey
  • Defining learning & growth plans for the team members and following up on the progress.
  • Support our team leads to becoming better coaches and leaders
  • Defining succession plans to make sure new talent is ready for their next step.
  • Being a trust person for our (young) team to coach them in their career paths.
  • Creating a backlog of relevant and qualitative courses, tutorials, and coaches.
  • (Co-)Organizing Made Culture events to stimulate the good team vibes
  • In collaboration with our office & business coordinator, optimize our employee administration templates when needed.

Recruitment accountabilities:
We expect this part to be 30 - 40% of your job depending on the hiring needs.

  • Finding and convincing talented candidates to join the team.
  • Assessing the cultural and expertise fit of candidates
  • Determine the current hiring needs of the team with management
  • Develop and maintain hiring strategies and hiring plans
  • Maintaining a talent pool to keep Made connected to the best talent in the market.
  • Leading employment branding initiatives (social media, media, job sites, …)
  • Involving our expertise team leads in the selection process
  • Benchmarking salary expectations to support keeping the Made salary framework competitive.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Master degree and proven experience in the field of Recruitment and HR,
  • Team-player with a feel for the interpersonal and group dynamics.
  • An excellent communicator with an open and positive mindset
  • Knows how to use social media and job boards
  • Masters ATS software (Applicant tracking system)
  • Great understanding of selection and assessment techniques
  • Knowledge about growth frameworks and HR frameworks.
  • Proactive and solution-focused.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Well-organized, punctual, and structured
  • Experience in the world of Design Thinking is a big plus, but no must.
