Team culture during Covid times
Big thanks to our HR team to come up with all those great ideas to #sticktogether while working remote. During confinement it's not easy to stay in touch, but we sure had a lot of fun with these initiatives!

Sticking together like overcooked pasta with remote cooking
Every Friday we enjoy the amazing cooking talent of Kathleen, our Office & Business Coordinator. Unfortunately, during confinement, we all have to miss her great meals...
So we organized a DIY session. After sending everyone a package of ingredients carefully selected by Kathleen, she took us through all the steps like a Pro during a video call in Google Hangouts.
The result was great: a lot of excited reactions, funny remarks and happy faces! Thank you Kathleen for bringing us together around great food.

Remember MTV Cribs? Those were the days...
Does your house tell us more about who you are? We wanted to find out! Normally we see our colleagues everyday in the office, but have you seen your colleagues homes? What's in your fridge? How many rides do you have in the garage? Where is the swimmingpool?
At the end of every Made Cribs episode the host nominates the next colleague.
This an example of an invitation to join in to visits Tibo's crib:
"Hello there! Today, get excited cause it's the sixth episode of Made Cribs (a tour in the house of...)! Today we have an online walk into the environmental friendly crib of @tibo. (Do vegans have a huuuuge garden since that's were their food comes from?) Tune in on Hangouts at 12:30!
